Im new to this site and dont know too much about computers.

I came accross a pic that is a shockwave file .swf on a webpage and I wanted to save to my computer for my own use but Im unable to save it, it says its unable to save until its finished loading...but it never stops because you can play it and its constantly moving?

I only have the link to bring the picture up...is there a way I can save it, or do I have to go online everytime I want to view it?

need help!

Thanks!

if it is a .swf then its a flash movie, not a picture. In order to save it you will need a program that scrapes sites and saves the content they display. Something like Screen Scraper will download the content.

I already figured it out...download a free flash opener w/ flash saver

day late and a dollar short

and yeah it might be a movie but what i was referring to was a picture moving...not a normal movie you see on websites
