flash, Internet Explorer, and HTTPS

how to get rid of annoying "secure and insecure items" warning

I have a site that uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and am trying to use a flash-based header on every page.

Internet Explorer gives an annoying message on EVERY page load:

"there are secure and insecure items on this page. Do you want to show both?" Or some such.

How can I use my flash, ie, https, and not have this silly warning?

Pleeeeaaase help?
