ActionScript for rollover tabs (problem)

Iam trying to create a user interface with two rollover tabs, one at the bottom of the page and one to the right.

So i want the tabs to stick out slightly from the edge of the movie and when you rollover one of them, it will slide out to the desired position.And then once you roll off the tab, it will move back to its original position.

I have tried to salavge some similar code, but failed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
