I am building a website for a client that wants a flash logo. They gave me the url of a website of an associate that they would like me to follow.

The logo they want is nothing crazy...just images rotating like a slide show with words swooping in and out of each image.

I am pretty savy with the Illustrator and Photoshop. I downloaded the trial version of Flash 8 and it is very confusing.

I found some other programs like SwishZone.

My question is, based on what I described above as the flash needs, what is the easiest program out there to use?

Any help is appreciated.

the commercial exchange here or rent a coder website. kool moves is a good simple authoring tool if you decide to do it your self. It can be just as hard finding a good contractor as learning it yourself if you have the design and image skills.

contract it out is the easiest and best option....

Hehe.. sounds good, but....

Last year we finally decided to upgrade our company logo. Just needed some simple changes and cleanup, since our graphics skills are just about zero.

Took us 4 tries to find a company that could reliably handle this.

I can imagine it would be even more fun trying to find someone you can rely on to make flash...

It can be just as hard finding a good contractor as learning it yourself if you have the design and image skills.

And for that reason, this time around we have decided to at least try doing the .swf on our own.

You could always post on Craigslist for someone to do the flash work, I see alot of people do that.

Thanks everyone. I actually had a friend give me a crash course. The program is not as hard as it seems. Even if this projecttakes me a little longer b/c of new learnt knowledge, at least I have a new weapon in my arsenal!

I am sure you'll see me posting for some help about basic functionalities. ;)
