How much cost should I expect?

Hello everyone,

I am planning to get customized flash games. Customized in the sense I should have full rights of the games .i.e. I should be able to freely distribute them with or without changes (may be not sell but give away free).

I should be the first & the last one to have the license of the game i.e it's source & rights should belong to me only.

How much do I expect it to cost? say it's should be nice flash game not very unique (it could be like a 8 ball pool or car race) but should have good gameplay & graphics.

I am still at planning stage so thought I should ask in this forum to have an idea about price. I know it totally depends on game quality but lets consider it to be an average game.
