If anyone here has the know-how to put a flash video on a website, I'd appreciate a call at my 800-922-7779
number and maybe you can walk me through it.

Much appreciated

Here you go Roger,

Open flash, start a new project, choose File>Import>Import Video...

Follow the instructions in the wizard. Then once the video is place on the stage, position it, edit the parameters to fit what you need and export your flash movie.

You will have a .swf and your movie file that will need to be in the same folder.

If you also publish your html you will get the code to display the flash movie on your page as well.

That's it.
