I really dig that moving cloud effect that's become rather popular. I get the gist of it, but where the hell are folks finding these cloud images that loop so friggin well?

Also, has anyone experimented with shoving a css nav menu over top of a flash movie with z-index? worth a shot or no?

you can not place html content over flash its not subject to z index stacking as has been said many times before

This is not entirely true! Using the wmode attribute I have successfully 'layered' menus over a flash movie.
