Hi. Is it possible to host a web forum where members can submit short (medical) movies on a loop of the heart beating (any codec) or images (any type), but the posting displays standardised low bandwidth no audio, greyscale *.fla and *.jpgs, max 50K(say) - preferably within the post?
The 2 design companies I have talked to go a bit pale at this point. Anyone seen this anywhere? How possible is it? Is this an idea too far?
