depends on your hosting and/or skill sets, seems a pointless and impossible question to answer really.

When it comes to Flash, it does not matter which server side is better than the other. Like Richard mentioned, it all depends on the availability of your hosting server. Most server will support PHP, followed by asp.net and lastly jsp. What actually are you trying to find out?
