Stock Media players on Flash?

Playing music w/o links/MP3s on my site

I maintain the website for my band. We've decided to put our album on our site but want to present it a certain way.
We want the user to be able to play the 9 songs on one player. That means if they want to listen to song 3 they can toggle ahead to hear it. Basically like the controls of a CD player for just one album.
Is there a stock version of this kind of thing out there? I just got Flash mx 2004 but it's intimidating at first look. Should I put my best effort in that direction?

That would be my approach, if you are after finding a good book you can't go wrong with the "Flash MX Bible".

What with limited time I actually need to approach with some guidance. Am I actually likely to find success with that approach? Would rather not engage in wild goose chases.
Thanks for the tip about the book.

1. Create a text file.
2. Rename it to something.m3u
3. Open it in notepad.
4. Add the links to each song, e.g.,

[yourwebsite.com...]
[yourwebsite.com...]
[yourwebsite.com...]

5. Put this file on your site and link to it.

People will be able to skip ahead and backwards from song to song.

That is above my head at stratospheric levels. I'll have to emphasise here that I'm not a real programmer. Actually, I flunked out of engineering school and got a business degree. It sound like the previous post had a plan but I don't understand it one bit in terms of application. Any clarification or new approaches would be great.
