loading external text or html files into flash

can i include text files in flash?

Is it possible for me to make say a dynamic text area
and pull content from other sources such as text files or html files? Also would the same thing be possible for urls on buttons?

If so how would I do such a thing? I have had no luck searching in google.

It's a simple thing, try looking in the flash help files under load variables or loadvar
