Flash movie in top layer in HTML

hi friends,

I have some doubts, pls clear it. The thing is I have one html file, in that one or two flash movies ok, If I press any one of the flash movie,the flash movie should run in top layer after running the movie close option should be there? if they press close it should minimize as the actual window.

can anyone guide me how to do it

you cant, flash is not subject to html z order stacking it will always appear above any other content

Can this be accomplished by using javascript to swap visibility or display attributes?

Added: I'm still a little confused about what the poster is trying to accomplish... :/
