I need to do something in Flash that looks like it would be very simple to do for someone who knew how to use Flash. Of course... I don’t know how. I have Flash MX but I only know how to load the program... that’s it. :)
Here is a page that has the effect I would like to accomplish. Near the end, it adds some pictures and stuff, but I’m only interested in the text effects in the beginning. I would like to write 10 or so sentences and have them fade in and out like they do here...

Does anyone know how to do this? Is it pretty easy or is it tons of work?
I think that even if I could see a file that switches between only a couple of sentences... I could probably figure out how to add more.
Would anyone be willing to help me out with this? I would be forever in your debt!
