Flash banner issues

I want to be able to have continuous play across pages

I have created a flash banner that basically rotates a set of texts.
I want it to be able to keep playing from where it is up to when a viewer clicks on another page.

Is there anyway to do this other than by using frames?
Or if not are frames acceptable to be used in this case?

basically yes its going to be frames but they really are a bad design schema in 2005. better to loose the flash banner probably
