Here is the situation..

I created a flash movie in 16 fps..

It was a geat movie.. but now I want to change the frame rate to 25 fps.

Sure.. I can just change the frame rate from the movie properties, but this way the movie will become too short!

Is there a way to stretch the time line so that the movie will become longer and faster? (without having to manually add new frames between every keyframe and the other).

dont think do.

The only thing I could think of would be to use actionscript and the setInterval function to control the animation speed of each clip while leaving the main timeline running at 16fps
