SWF problems

Hey everybody.

I have a biiig problems with SWF files and pages. When ever i open a SWF page the page dosen't open instead it gives me the option to either save it on my harddrive or open it, and when i try to open it, it give me the same options, to save it or open it... I have installed the last version of flash, and i have everything else i need. It's the same problem in IE and in avant browser, i have even try'd in mozilla it's the same thing...

Can anybody please tell me what the problem is, please..

does the .swf is on your server or on any server? does this even occur if you drag and drop the swf into your browser? what kind of OS are you using (winxp)?

I use windows xp and yes it does it what ever i try and when ever i try to open a SWF file, no matter if it lay on my own computer / server or on another server, no matter what it tell's me i can save the file or try open it, and when i open it, it once again ask me to either save it or open it...

sounds like a file associations problem, you need to probably reset to default, or at least check what .swf is associated with
