Any one willing to lend a hand. This is the first time I have ever looked at Flash.

When going to the URL a message comes up (1 item remaining) "opening page" and never completes.

If I use "http://widgets.com/wtBase_final.swf" the file loads. If I could get to the htaccess file I think I could fix it with a "AddType application/x-shockwave-flash swf" but I can't. It's my son's band site and it's on a state university system.

First things first, your param and embed need to match:

<param name="movie" value="wrangletown.swf" />
<param name="quality" value="high" />
<param name="play" value="true"/>
<embed src="wtBase_final.swf"

You're not the first person who has passed this way, it's a common "Doh!" to be changing one or the other but not both while troubleshooting. Get that straightened out, and let us know. :)

Also, why not just use the full domain name if that works?
