Flash Video Kit vs Swish Video

Anyone know the difference between Flash Video Kit for Dreamweaver MX Pro and Swish Video?

Can I get by with purchasing only Swish Video?

I am sure there will be limitations but what are they seeing that Swish Video is so much cheaper but more affordable for me right now.

I am looking for any info/input available.
