I'm just getting started with flash. It's scary. lol. Well, anyway, is there some easier program(3rd party programs) or a good website to learn flash?

Give FireStarter from Coffee Cup a try. It's rather easy to understand.

Unknown go to the suport area of the macromedia site and look up the tutorials. Download them, run them, edit them, the 3D ones are really fun. That's the best way to get up to speed, unless you're willing to throw money at seminars.
