Expandable banner overlapping page content

How to insert expandable banner so it expands over existing text below it

Hi,
I had an expandable flash banner created for me (http://www.gymnasticssecretsrevealed.com/gymnastics-banners/banner3test.htm).

When it expands I want it to overlap the content that is immediately below it, but when I insert the swf file into the page it holds a place equal to the size of the banner in expanded view. Therefore when I upload the page, in the browser view there is a lrge gap below the banner which is filled when it expands.

How can I have text immediately below it in reduced view that is overlapped when it expands.
