Expandable Flash Ads

what is the easiest way to do this?

I wanted to create an expandable ad in flash that covers a certain section of my page content when the page loads..i want to provide an option of closing the ad if so desired....this is something similar to the ads that you see on rediff.com

how is this possible and what do i need to do to create this?

Don't do it. Don't cover a large portion of your site with an ad, forcing people to close the box. You'll just annoy your users and make them hate Flash. We don't need more people hating Flash!
