Is Flash scalable within individual cells?

Greetings,
I am pretty handy with Flash, but cannot figure out scalability within a certain <td>. I typically use frames (I know, ick), but am trying friendlier approaches. I played around with iframes but just confused myself.

yes. Set the cell to be percentage based and then set the Flash dimensions to be 100% width and heigth. I don't think this method is W3C compliant, but it works.
