How to synchronize flash movement with sound?

Does anybody know of a good, easy-to-follow tutorial on how to synchronize the movement of flash elements (e.g., text, symbols, graphics) with the sound?

Will be checking it out. Thanks. Is this for Flash 5? Or at the very least can this work with Flash 5. Sorry, but I'm just a newbie.
