Pop up menus and Flash

hi,

i am having a wierd problem:

--I create a Jscript pop up menu and when instered into TML doc, with a flash swf below the popup appears under the swf file.

any resolutions? i know i have seen the problem before, but i have also seen similar page setups where there are no such problems

Flash and html forms are always ontop. You cannot make layers appear above them in a normal page. I do not know of a work around.
