How to export images from Flash-5 file (.fla)?

Can anyone tell me how to export images from a Flash-5 file (.fla)?

I have the .fla file but not the original images. The images are in the flash library - is there a way to get them out so that I can edit them?

Drag N drop from the library on to the main scene and select export image… bingo
