A guy at work is getting into Flash MX. He has basic Flash knowledge but he is looking for a Flash MX reference book.
What you all of you recommend?

I would have to strongly recommend the Macromedia one. They have their own book and although more expensive than a lot of the books out, for me, it has been the best value for money. Lets face it, who knows more about Flash than the people who wrote the program?

If he wants to use Actionscript, then the Colin Moock O'Reilly book is pretty widely recommended.
