Unrelated with excellent ranking

The site ranking #1 for my keyword does not even contain the keyword in any for and consists of 4 words and 4 jpegs that are named unrelated titles. Anybody get this? My site is completely optimized for the keyword and is ranking 100 something....????

It seems that the other site may be cloaking. The spider gets a different page than you do.
