banned or not?

why AV doesnt eat my pages?

I found that after a middle of May Altavista does not accept submitions
of pages from my site. However, pages registered before this date
(they are about 200) are still in the AV index.
I dont know what rool I broke. I did not register more than 5 pages a day.
Does it mean that my domain has been banned by AV?
Can I do anything in this situation?
