If I was at business running it, I would be really annoyed at the fact that other people could snoop in my email.

Isn't this what they do in communist countries or dictatorships?

The really bad thing about this is that people can so easily take things out of context when they read an email.

If you thought the company grapevine was bad, this takes it to a whole new level.

Any UK companies would be wise to take advice before purchasing. We have strict laws concerning such matters and in many peoples opinion this software may contravene the Data Protection Act [hmso.gov.uk].

I cant seem to see that page but don't forget both the UK and USA governemnts have the facilities to read anyones email..
