Major movements in the AV SERP's that I monitor today - From a first glance looks similar to an algo which was applied some while back

Anyone else???

Absolutely. Results I'm getting are showing exactly what I got before they made their last major change. I'm guessing that's about two months ago.
Some sites are back that were recently removed, sites that were added are now gone (two of mine). The only thing that's consistent is that search results are still lame. While doing a keyword search I'm getting pages and pages of spam, and after about the third page of returns, the results are the same. Even though they're offering me twenty pages of returns, they're all the same results.

Hello Pete...

Our percentage referrals from AV had been sitting for about the last month at between 5 and 6 % of our total. Yesterday it jumped to over 8 %, and so far today it's at about 10 %.

I also checked yesterday to see how many pages we had listed in AV. For the last while we were showing 104, but yesterday it was back to 93, a number I remember from before it changed to 104. Today it's back to 104 again.

Something is going on. I just hope the rise in referrals isn't a temporary thing.

I spoke to my contact in the UK office and they said that they had server problems Wednesday which messed up the results. For example one word where there are normally over 100 000 pages in the UK showed "no results".

Not sure if this currupted some data and they had to revert to another db?

All of our search results are still coming back as they have been since the last update. Nothing new here.
