New ad windows appearing at AV

This has been happening on and off for a while and i wasnt to sure if it was av or another site.....
The US engine opens up a large AD window behind the current browser window. Currently the ads are for credit cards and half.com
Yet another reason for me to stop using AV, this is sad and pitiful - cant they do anything right?

in my books "NOPE" had a client banned by AV last year due to his own attempts at site submission which lead the site to be banned, no matter what department I contact never got anything back from them, very poor service
