AV -> NZAV!, me ->Australia!

AV seems to be redirecting me to the New Zealand Av now, only I'm in Australia!

This really annoys me. If I wanted NZAV then I would type it. I don't want NZAV, (nothing against Kiwis and such..) I want global AV! But even then they got my host country wrong.

When are these people going to let me make my decisions myself. I'm a big boy now....

Yup - im being auto rediedcted to the ie.altavista.com 'cause my ip is in irish domain range.
This has been turned on and off over the bast couple of months.
I too find it extremely annoying - i have book marked altavista.com because i want that engine not the local version.
Av seem to be doing *everything* wrong lately.
