Excite@Home (Nasdaq: ATHM - news), the leader in broadband, today announced that it has divested its ownership in rich media solutions company, Enliven. Enliven will operate as an independent company backed by Sage Hill Partners. Excite@Home will retain a minority interest in the company and will serve on its Board of Directors.
