Alta is going for a new look that is to be unleashed on Jan. 31. Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't this look familiar?

It's coming. This from a contact, dated Dec 29 (I don't think she survived the last round of job cuts)

If you follow the following link you can see the new site. It seems they are trying to push paid submissions by featuring looksmart results in a yahoo type directory.

I'd say it looks like the last version of Looksmart, in fact, they incorporating the corporate colours...buy out in hand???
