Adsense Competive Ads

Hi, i was wondering what type of competive ads are there for adsense?

Is bid clix and bidvertiser considered competive ads to adsense?

Can someone list them? I'm not really sure. I actually seen bidvertiser on a few pages with adsense.

I want to use bid clix and bidvertiser as a default to google. I just e-mailed them and they replied back...but they just repeat the same stuff that is already in the program policy.
