No refund from Position Tech

Email I sent to Position Tech:
When I subscribed to Inktomi through positiontech in January I could change my url within my domain as much as I liked. Now its been changed and I want a refund.

That is correct, you could change your URLs when you first signed up. Overture has determined that we are no longer able to allow customer to do so. The amount that you paid is non-refundable, as it is stated in the contracted. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm glad I didn't spend much money. Maybe I would have read the contract closer if I did. Sure didn't think they would change the program so soon.

I just sent the same type support email question to them and didn't realize the option had been taken away entirely. I wanted to swap a URL and noticed when you log in the option is no longer available on the new site. I too had a small block of URL's mostly so that experimentation with page design tweaks could be done and I wanted the extra crawls to expedite the process.

They should post it on their front page that they have changed. Do the other ink submit providers still allow URL swap?

Depending on how the agreement was worded, the credit card company might help you out. They like to keep their customers happy.
