Breach of contract

When I signed up with Positiontech on 2-6 and 2-9, the contract said that I would be able to switch my url’s to a different site within 30 days. Today, when I tried to make the switch, it says the service is no longer available. Isn’t this a breech of contract?

Yes it is.

And i am starting legal actions against this company.

I also advise anyone with the same problem to go down the same path.

They did not even bother to place a message on their site or anything! Just a bunch of con artists.

Theres no one to call for even a refund. This is a breach of contract at its best.
