AV spidering problem

Any advice on a "700" error

I am receiving emails from Infospider concering the indexability of one of my subscription urls. The emails says:

"Status: Other error encountered when crawling page (700)"

Anyone encounter a similar problem? If so, what was the fix? Possibility of a server error?

My hunch is that the page in question has a bit of javascript at the top, otherwise it is straight HTML (file ext is .html as well).
