how long to appear in serps after spidering

Just done a major rehaul of a site of ours with 100's of new pages.

We PFI only for the index page of this site which has now appeared with fresh tags in ink.

However slurp has been crawling the new pages like mad over the last week since the relaunch but we have seen nothing in the results yet.

Any ideas how long we are likely to have to wait for the results to update after a slurp crawl?
