IE Address Bar URL

Autocomplete domain name?

Whenever I am writing a URL in my IE address bar, it always autocompleted with a certain domain.

Furthermore, I have deleted my cookies, history, favorites etc - but this certain domain is still in my address bar.

Is this a part of a certain SE marketing? How can i do such a thing?

In Windows 98 at least, the address bar history is separate from the browser history. To clear it, it's Start-> Settings->Task Bar->Start Menu Programs->Clear.

I suppose there could be some scumware that gives url suggestions, but I don't think so.
