Which URLs are best to submit to Inktomi PFI?

I want to submit some pages to Inktomi PFI but I'm not sure which URLs to use.

The clients are small hotels which are all part of the same larger hotel group. Each hotel has their own website with their own domain.

But their websites are also accessible through the hotel group's website.

So you have hotel1.com, hotel2.com, hotel3.com

But these sites can also be seen at

hotelgroup.com/hotel1/index.html
hotelgroup.com/hotel2/index.html
hotelgroup.com/hotel3/index.html

Which of these URLs is best to submit to Inktomi PFI?

I would use the unique domain for branding in the SERP's. And then, deny the subfolder bot access so that you don't suffer any duplicate content penalties...
