Best combo of PPI, Submit-It?

Looking for most cost-effective mix of PPI

Up to now, in terms of PPI/PPC, we've been doing:
- FAST/Lycos
- Inktomi
- Teoma/AskJeeves
(all of the above through PositionTech)
- LookSmart PPC

We haven't been doing AltaVista because their numbers have dropped off (and their price is higher, since it's every six months). We'd been doing LookSmart because of the excellent impact on MSN rankings, but we're so frustrated with their over-reporting of results that we're dropping them.

What's the next-best way to get good MSN inclusion? Submit-It? And if we use Submit-It, does that mean we can drop the FAST and Inktomi submissions? Because it looks like that's included in Submit-It.

What mix are you using, and which specific submission services?
