Where do they get Title and Description?

When I type in my domain name without the .com part I am number 1.

However I have no idea where they get the title and description from. Here's basically what I get..

WEB PAGES - ABOUT
MyDomain
Yahoo
www.mydomain.com

What's with the "Yahoo"? Other pages on this domain and other sites I have seem to pull the title/description from a combination of directory descriptins and meta information.

I have not changed my homepage title/meta informatiuon in well over a year.

My title and desriptions seem to show up directly from html page coding...although I am not listed with yahoo so I don't know how relevent that is to your question.
