I have a site that went live last August and has been getting crawled by slurp for several months. A decent set of relevant inbound links was established in September through web link exchanges. Google happens to be quite satisfied with the links and has been sending traffic for several months.

Despite being crawled for months, no pages show up in PT's pure Ink search (domain:mydomain.com), nor do my raw logs have any record of hits from search.msn.

This site has no PFI pages so we probably can't blame monetization.

I would think that since the site is being frequently spidered, and has been for several months, it should show up in the PT or MSN serps, but it doesn't.

I highly doubt the site is getting trapped in any Ink filters because if it was, I think Ink would ban it and not waste any more bandwidth spidering it.

Anyone got any ideas what might cause Ink to be so hesitant to include this spidered site in it's serps?

I've had this experience a while back myself. Could'nt get around it, always waiting for Hotbot and Direct Hit, to show me the fruits of SLURPS crawls, never happened, just missed all the freebee entry doors - i.e. Canada.ca, etc.

However, after doing the PFI, which i no longer pay for - lol!, i've found all of my pages crawled, and listing very well in the partners. Not screaming about this, could invoke penalties.
