How to get into MSN?

Please forgive the newbie question but I registered with Inktomi and have words with overture... What else can I go to get into MSN?

I just talked to PositionTech (inktomi reseller) and they explained that MSN works as follows:
Sponsored= Overture
Web Directory= Looksmart
Web Pages= Inktomi
Feature Websites= MSN advertisers

Now I only submitted my top domain name to inktomi and Pos. Tech suggested I submitted (paying $25 a pop) URLs for my popular pages. Those pages are all dynamically populated by the sql database. Is it worth paying $25 per page to be submitted on inktomi?

Another thing they pointed out was the keywords in my meta tags, I have less then 15...Should I write more keywords on my meta tags?

It really depends on how competitive the market is you’re in, I haven't looked at ink much lately but it always was page titles & descriptions I don't know if that has changed

Nope. As far as I can figure out it seems like it`s just like in the "old" days as you described it tigger. No significant changes at all.
