Paid submission for one domain

Hi
I have a site with 20 pages if i submit using paid submission to Altavista and Inktomi. Do i have to submit all 20 pages (paying 20 times) or do i only need to submit the first/home page.

You have to submit all 20 pages and pay 20 times.

But, if you are patient, submit a few then wait for Inktomi to list the rest of the pages for free - it happens, but takes a while.
