AltaVista has snowflakes in the blue field surrounding the search form field on it's index page. Subtle and nice holiday/winter theme IMO.

Not bad... still not terribly impressed with AV's or Yahoo's winter themes though. I'll have to wait for the rest to switch befor I pick a favorite..
