It's been to my PFI pages on 28th and 29th, Mozilla/5.0 spider.

Took another look:

Just saw Ink spider 5.0 tonight... :)

Slurp is really confusing me at the moment.

On the first of the month, Slurp/cat visited our site and ravished it. It spidered the same dozen pages about one hundred times each.
Yet on the 2nd and 3rd of the month Slurp/Si turned up, asked for robots.txt (of which there isn't one) recieved the usual 404 and left without looking at a single page.

Being fairly new to this sort of thing, I am left baffled. Any sugestions would be welcome.

I often have it only requesting robots.txt and then its usually back again in a day or so grabbing the pages.

Wasn't the deal crawl/update listing every 2 days? The last update for my paid listing was 11/27/2002. I've done 3 updates since then that have not been crawled.
