Inktomi Paid Inclusion

Strange Statistics?

I paid inclusion into Inktomi....I roughly get about 1-2 hits per day from it from the stats i get. Suddenly on 25th September i got 12 hits in 1 day and on the stats it showed i was ranken 2nd for a highly ranked 'keyword'...amongst others too! then the next day i went back to getting 1ish hit per day from ink and i checked the keyword on 'pure search' and i was back down to about 20+ in the rankings from 2nd!

Anyone els have anything like that ever? On this showing from experience i feel that when my paid inclusion runs out i will not continue!

Also i have about 20 pages that seem to have been included for FREE and they rank alot better than my main URL that i have paid for?

Is Inktomiguy still about?.....hmmm why am i worrying about this anyway as i rank well in Yahoo, Google and FAST!

The fluctuation in rankings can be caused by other PFI pages getting in and out.

- it could also be a glitch from Ink's side, but I believe it's a matter of re-freshes from pfi.
