I had felt that I was getting nowhere fast with this site as another site with similar keywords/doorways was ranking well with AV and couldn't understand why this one was nowhere to be seen, so I sent an e-mail to AV asking for help, to say the least this was not forthcoming except those really annoying polite 2 day response e-mails.
Eventually, a response came though "You have been blocked from submitting because you have chosen to use keywords which do not accurately represent your page's content."
This is not the case, I have checked the keywords over and they are all apropriate to the site, so how do you go about appealing against this decision when in the next sentence is "Further details on why you are being blocked CANNOT be gotten by writing back to this address, it is up to you to read through the information posted on the above URL and to change your site on your own." WHAT!!! but what if you don't agree with them, is there no place for further appeal?
Has anyone had any luck getting a block lifted? Or does anyone have any ideas on which is the best e-mail address to get a sensisble reply, with the hope of some response other than an automated one, so far I've tried most.
I have now purchased (myself) another domain/space and have submitted this as before, the site is ranking well in AV.com and most of my doorways are ranking on page one with the same keywords as the banned site!

thanks seth. checked and re checked keywords and there all fine, I have some doorways linking on the index page so I'll remove those and leave it for another month and try agian.
